Dr. Richard Steckel and his Milestones project came to Doctors Care to take free family photos. Patients were encouraged to share stories of how they came to Doctors Care and how the health care crisis had affected them personally. Each family that participated received a free family portrait. Richard Steckel and Michele Steckel were joined by fellow professional photographer Tricia Turpenoff, who donated her time and talents to provide a lasting gift to families who access medical services through Doctors Care.
