TBA
Description:
We provide the Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) in Colorado neighborhoods and institutions to help curb societal violence.
Programs and Projects:
For companies and agencies -- a happier, more productive work environment through improving communication and cooperation skills.
For professional counselors -- experiential exercises to use with clients to help bridge the communication gap between the professional's knowledge and the client's willingness and ability to understand and accept information.
For neighborhoods -- building true community to alleviate the feelings of isolation and fear that so often lead to violence.
For prisons -- skills in nonviolent conflict resolution help inmates avoid repeating violent crimes in prison and on release into the community.
