Programs and Projects:
Founded in 1976, HospiceCare of Boulder and Broomfield Counties is a private, nonprofit agency dedicated to improving end-of-life care. For those who are in the final season of their lives, HospiceCare provides the treatment and support necessary for physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Life-enriching services are offered in homes, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and in the HospiceCare of Boulder and Broomfield Counties' Care Center.
Our services include:
* Patient and family-centered care based on the principles of comfort, dignity and choice.
* Pain management and symptom control.
* Multidisciplinary team support for enhanced quality of life wherever a person resides.
* Family grief support for at least one year following a death.
* Ongoing Bereavement Support Groups for the entire community.
